What we collect

When you submit the contact or quote form, we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, phone number and the content of your message.

Our hosting provider automatically records standard technical information, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, in server logs used for security and reliability.

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Your browser stores one session flag so the intro animation is not replayed during the same visit; it contains no personal data and is deleted when you close the browser.

How we use it

We use the details you submit only to respond to your enquiry, prepare proposals you request and, if we work together, to manage that relationship. We do not sell your personal data or use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.

Legal basis

We process your data because you asked us to contact you, or because it is necessary to take steps before entering into a contract with you, in line with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and other applicable laws.

Sharing

We share personal data only with service providers that help us run the website and our business, such as hosting, email and customer-relationship tools, under agreements that require them to protect it, or when the law requires us to.

Retention

We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and for client relationships for the duration of the engagement plus any period required by law. After that we delete or anonymise it.

Your rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, to receive a copy of it, or to withdraw your consent where processing is based on consent. Contact us and we will respond within the time limits set by applicable law.

Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls, to protect personal data against loss and unauthorised access.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
